When you multiply two negative numbers, they turn into a positive number in mathematics. Example: -2 x -2 = 4

It’s easy to be drawn by the allure that if you make two wrong moves, you will make the right move as a result. But life rarely works like this, because life is not a direct mathematical equation.

It’s much more complicated than that.

A better math equation

If you’re really into math and you want to use math equations to proxy life, then perhaps giving you a score from 0 to 100 makes more sense.

This turns your notion of what is right and what is wrong from a binary into a scale. Then it’s about choosing actions that lead you to a better future instead of being stuck on whether you are doing the right thing.
